    Referrer Affiliate Program

    Earn $1,000 for each qualified agency referral.

    Program Terms

    • $1,000 payout per qualified agency referral
    • Referral qualifies when the client pays the setup fee in full OR monthly subscription payments reach $1,000
    • Client must remain on service for at least one quarter (3 months)
    • DSL enforces terms on all contracts
    • Referrer must NOT be the owner, administrator, Medical Director, or anyone with controlling, ownership, or management interest (DPCS) of the referred agency
